I think one thing that you see time and time again online is how to make your mornings better. i’m going to take a slightly different glance at this. I know it’s Sunday Morning 7:00am, posted use it as your alarm to get out of bed ;).
The power of habits are strong. its why people cannot give up smoking its why you always put your right leg into your trousers first and its why you always pick up your mug full of hot lovely tea from the same hand.
if you want to get up earlier, this is going to be a slightly helpful article for you. I once listened to The Miracle Morning, written by Hal Elrod (but voiced by Rob Actis) which helps you ‘transform your life’ before 8am. I think its a pretty bold line to say you will transform your life, however i went with it.
I think the best thing i found for this is in the formation of habit, you know you need to get up. But you know the various tips and tricks don’t work.
but have you tried this
the dual alarm is a great tool to get up and get moving. you have a soft alarm on you phone and the main alarm across the room set for 5 minutes later. This is especially useful if you have a partner as you know the alarm will wake them up. What’s worse a grumpy partner or you getting up and taking two steps in the cold? I’ll leave that you to decide.
